Settled in Lisbon since 2015, Antoine Legrand is Chef and Co-founder of Maison Legrand Lisbon. They offer, with his wife Anne Legrand, catering and chef at home services, insisting on biological products and French high quality of service.
After a classical management and business training and various experiences in mass consomption and advirstising industry, Antoine decide to make a career out of his passion : cooking.
Graduated from Negocia Business School in Paris, he also validated a Bachelor in Business Managment at Roehampton University in London.
In 2014, he passed the French Cuisine Degree, CAP.
After few years working at Bongrain and TV Channel TF1, Antoine Legrand start gathering experiences during 5 years in different restaurants in the dinning room part until beeing manager of the Auberge Bressane in Paris, Lyon area gastronomy reference and known over the world for his impressive wine list. In 2014, he graduated from the Cooking French diploma and start working in different kitchens. He will end his training in France at Roca, bistronomic restaurant leaded by the talented Alexandre Giesbert.
During Legrand Foodtrip journey, Antoine will have the opportunity to learn from many chefs in south america through different internships : Luca Dabrowski, chef of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux Las Balsas in Argentina, Fransisco Farra, chef of Bistrô Chârlo in São Paulo.Hee will also got the chance during that time, to organise with his wife, many Pop Up Dinner, that will allow him in return, to present his cuisine.
